In other batting news, Levi Jordan was a standout: he got on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Sawyer Bridger was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, two RBI, and one double.
Schenevus Central always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .647. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Schenevus Central's victory bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Morris Central/Edmeston Central, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-6.
