Mountain View had to settle for second on Friday, but Camille Stoddard sure wasn't going down easily. Stoddard was unstoppable, pitching seven innings while giving up four earned (and one unearned) runs off nine hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.

Even though Stoddard couldn't lead Mountain View over Timpanogos, she won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
