Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Everett). They came out on top against the Sedro-Woolley Cubs by a score of 75-63 on Monday. The win was all the more spectacular given the Seagulls' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 210th, while the Cubs are ranked 77th).

Everett is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 5-7 record this season. As for Sedro-Woolley, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.

Everett will venture away from home to square off against Marysville-Pilchuck at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Sedro-Woolley, they will welcome Lynden at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Lynden will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something Sedro-Woolley surely won't give up without a fight.
