Baseball Recap: Blanchard Picks Up 30th Straight Win at Home

Blanchard came tearing into Thursday's game with 14 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.4 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They never let the Plainview Indians get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Blanchard pushed their record up to 22-1 with the win, which was their 30th straight at home dating back to last season. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.4 runs on average over those games.
