Soccer Recap: Beavercreek's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Beavercreek barely beat Miamisburg the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Beavers' defense stepped up to hand the Vikings a 9-0 shutout on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but Beavercreek sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Their offense was hitting Miamisburg from everywhere, as seven different players booted in a goal. Victor Peterson led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Beavercreek's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Miamisburg, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Beavercreek will look to takes advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they takes on Milford at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Milford's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Miamisburg, they will venture away from home to take on Badin at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
