Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Roaring Fork). They put the hurt on the Grand Junction Central Warriors with a sharp 8-1 victory on Wednesday. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 3-0.

Roaring Fork's win bumped their record up to 5-1-1. As for Grand Junction Central, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Roaring Fork will head out to challenge Basalt at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Grand Junction Central, they will venture away from home to take on Palisade at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
