Basketball Game Preview: New Life Christian Academy Warriors vs. LifeSpring Academy Lions

The New Life Christian Academy Warriors will head out to face off against the LifeSpring Academy Lions at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. New Life Christian Academy has given up an average of 61 points per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

New Life Christian Academy is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Calvary Christian on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Warriors were dealt a 67-17 loss at the hands of the Cougar. The Warriors were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 43-8.

Logan Credle was New Life Christian Academy's leading scorer, having posted seven points.

Meanwhile, LifeSpring Academy had already won eight in a row dating back to last season (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20.6 points) and they went ahead and made it nine on Friday. They walked away with a 47-40 victory over the Grunts.

New Life Christian Academy now has a losing record of 2-3. As for LifeSpring Academy, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.
