Basketball Recap: Alice Comes Up Short

Alice lost against Carroll back in November of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Alice Coyotes took a hard 56-41 fall against the Carroll Tigers. The Coyotes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Alice's record now sits at 11-15. As for Carroll, the win snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 13-14 record.

Alice will look to defend their home court on Friday against Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial at 7:30 p.m. Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial will roll in looking for their 27th straight victory, something Alice surely won't give up without a fight. As for Carroll, they will head out to challenge Flour Bluff at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Considering Flour Bluff has lost six straight at home and Carroll four straight on the road , this one might come down to who's more desperate to change their momentum.
