Cottage extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Grace Workman. The Cottage Cougars sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 33-30 victory over Varsity Opponent on Monday thanks in part to Workman, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 17 boards. She is becoming a predictor of Cottage's success: when she posts at least ten rebounds the team is 2-1 (and 6-9 when she doesn't).

Another player making a difference was Bonnie Bolton-Hogg, who posted four points and ten boards. She has been hot, having posted nine or more rebounds the last five times she's played.

Cottage's win bumped their record up to 8-10.

Looking ahead, Cottage will square off against Varsity Opponent at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Varsity Opponent has already played their next match (against Faith Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
