Basketball Recap: Niles Takes a Loss

Niles was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 48-37 to the Buchanan Bucks. If the Vikings were looking for revenge after losing 49-44 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Niles' loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Buchanan, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-8.

Niles won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Benton Harbor at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Buchanan, they will welcome Lakeshore at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
