Soccer Game Preview: Eisenhower vs. Norman

Eisenhower is preparing for their first district matchup of the season on Friday. They will face off against the Norman Tigers at 8:00 p.m. Eisenhower will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each matchup than the last.

Last Thursday, Eisenhower made easy work of Elk City and carried off an 8-1 win. Considering Eisenhower have won five contests by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Norman, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They won by a goal and slipped past Mustang 2-1.

Eisenhower pushed their record up to 6-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those three games. As for Norman, the victory got them back to even at 3-3-2.
