Haynesville's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to Junction City on Friday. The Golden Tornado never let the Ringgold Redskins get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. The Golden Tornado might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by six runs or more this season.

Haynesville let Kyle Vines and Hunter LeBlanc run wild. Vines scored two runs and stole two bases, while LeBlanc went 2-for-4 with three RBI and one stolen base. That's the most RBI LeBlanc has posted since back in February. The team also got some help courtesy of D'Kayden Frazier, who scored two runs while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.

Haynesville pushed their record up to 10-6-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Ringgold, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Haynesville will welcome Summerfield at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ringgold, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Lincoln Prep at 5:00 p.m.
