Flathead Valley waltzed into their match on Thursday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came out on top against the Foothills Community Christian Falcons by a score of 54-45. That's more bragging rights for the Crusaders, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

When it comes to explaining why Foothills Community Christian lost, don't look at Kelcie Fulbright. Despite the final result, she posted 21 points. Those 21 points gave Fulbright a new career-high. Kimber Koteskey was another key player, putting up eight points.

Flathead Valley's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Foothills Community Christian, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-7.
