Baseball Recap: North Central Gets the Win

North Central won the last time they faced Stephenson and things went their way on Thursday too. The Jets walked away with an 8-4 win over the Eagles. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Jets.

Nate Pipkorn made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off one hit. Pipkorn was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Kaden Malone, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. Another player making a difference was Brooks Castle, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI and one run.
