Baseball Recap: South Granville Wins Going Away Against J.F. Webb

South Granville never let their opponents score on Friday. They put the hurt on the J.F. Webb Warriors with a sharp 27-0 win. The Vikings haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Brooks Newman made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out nine over five innings pitched. What's more, he gave up only zero walks, the fewest he's had since back in April of 2024. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. What's more, he posted three RBI, the most he's had since back in March of 2024.
