Volleyball Game Preview: Sale Creek Panthers vs. Culleoka Warriors

The Sale Creek Panthers will take on the Culleoka Warriors on Monday. Sale Creek will be strutting in after a victory while Culleoka will be coming in after a loss.

On Tuesday, Sale Creek made easy work of Bledsoe County and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Sale Creek to victory, but perhaps none more so than Addilynn Hughes, who had 16 digs and two aces. That's the most digs Hughes has posted since back in September. Chelsea Levi was another key player, getting 18 kills, eight digs, and one block.

Meanwhile, Culleoka came up short against Eagleville on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Warriors have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Sale Creek's victory bumped their record up to 23-9. As for Culleoka, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.

Everything went Sale Creek's way against Culleoka when the teams last played back in October of 2022, as Sale Creek made off with a 3-0 win. Do the Panthers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Warriors turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
