Air Academy is 9-0-1 against Palmer Ridge since October of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Kadets are taking a road trip to challenge the Bears at 7:00 p.m. Air Academy's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Air Academy's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They won by a goal and slipped past Liberty 1-0. Diego Veglio Torres had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Air Academy.

Meanwhile, Palmer Ridge sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over Woodland Park on Tuesday.

Palmer Ridge's win bumped their record up to 5-3-1. As for Air Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2-1 record this season.

Air Academy was able to grind out a solid victory over Palmer Ridge in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, winning 2-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Kadets since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
