League recap: Tuscarora scores huge upset over Loudoun County

The biggest upset of the week belonged to Tuscarora, who took down 36th ranked Loudoun County, 21-7.

Trace McSorley of Briar Woods ran for the longest rushing play in AA Dulles this season against Potomac Falls last week. McSorley's team bested the Panthers as he sprinted for 53 yards on the play and finished with 59 in all.

Briar Woods' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. McSorley threw for 130 and two touchdowns and Cameron Serigne had 51 yards receiving. Brandon Polk helped Briar Woods' passing attack out by catching three balls for 36 yards.

Briar Woods' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Falcons feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. McSorley has thrown for 820 yards and 11 touchdowns this season, while Serigne has 20 catches for 332 yards. Cory Colder leads the league in rushing with 443 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Huskies take on Charlie Pierce's team. Tuscarora is in second place, while the Falcons are in third place.

Woodgrove extended the longest winning streak in AA Dulles this week by beating Dominion, 40-0. This was the team's fifth consecutive win.
