Soccer Recap: Benjamin Franklin Comes Up Short

After flying high against Hahnville on Monday, Benjamin Franklin came back down to earth. The Falcons fell just short of the Mandeville Skippers by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. Benjamin Franklin were not able to make up for their loss to Mandeville from their previous meeting back in December of 2016.

Benjamin Franklin's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Mandeville, their record is now 4-0.

Looking ahead, Benjamin Franklin will square off against New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. This will be Benjamin Franklin's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Mandeville, they will take on Bourgeois at 8:30 p.m. on Friday.
