Volleyball Recap: Central's Luck Changes for the Better on Thursday

Central lost to Park Hill on April 8th, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Indians came out on top against the Trojans by a score of 3-1. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Indians as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Central walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). The final score came out to 25-21, 17-25, 25-15, 25-21.

Central's win bumped their record up to 13-11. As for Park Hill, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11-1 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Central will challenge St. Michael the Archangel at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Park Hill, they will face off against Oak Park at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Northmen will roll in looking for their 17th straight victory, something the Trojans surely won't give up without a fight.
