Soccer Recap: Benton Central Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Benton Central can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the West Lafayette Red Devils on Saturday. Benton Central haven't had much luck with West Lafayette recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Benton Central's defeat dropped their record down to 13-6. As for West Lafayette, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-10-1.

Benton Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for West Lafayette, they will take on Maconaquah at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
