Basketball Recap: Dr. Krop Takes a Loss

Dr. Krop lost against Pembroke Pines Charter back in December of 2015 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Dr. Krop Lightning fell 32-21 to the Pembroke Pines Charter Jaguars. The Lightning just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Pembroke Pines Charter's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ava Rivera, who posted ten points. Madison Ojeda was another key player, putting up eight points.

Dr. Krop's record now sits at 1-6. As for Pembroke Pines Charter, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Dr. Krop wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 64-41 defeat against McArthur on the 28th. Pembroke Pines Charter has also already played their next match, a 49-44 victory against South Broward on the 27th.
