Neither they nor the Raleigh Christian Academy Eagles could gain the upper hand on Friday so the two teams had to settle for a 4-4 draw. The only reason Cornerstone Christian Academy dodged a loss was the performance of Jordan Lemmon, who scored every single goal for the team.

Cornerstone Christian Academy used a slightly different lineup for their bout with Raleigh Christian Academy. Three players got more time on the pitch than they're used to: Victor Rivera-Daussy (70), Jaden Vines (30), and Dillon Crumpler (60). The trio had averaged 23.5, 11.2, and 22.6 minutes respectively before Friday's match. The pair took full advantage of the opportunity: Rivera-Daussy put up one assist, while he scored a goal and one steal.

Cornerstone Christian Academy's draw gives them a new season record of 3-6-1. Meanwhile, Raleigh Christian Academy's record is now 7-2-1.
