Volleyball Recap: Chickasha Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Chickasha can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Wagoner Bulldogs on Thursday. The Fighting Chicks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Their offense was headlined by KK Willard and Avariona Sexton, who picked up five kills apiece. They got some help from Zoee Jones and her 14 assists. Finally, Sexton was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high two blocks.

Chickasha's defeat dropped their record down to 15-15. As for Wagoner, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-10 record this season.

As of now, neither Chickasha nor Wagoner have any future games scheduled.
