Passers beware: Zion McCullough came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also threw for zero yards as Brainerd took down Chattanooga Central 23-6. We hope McCullough's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

McCullough and Brainerd will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Tyner Academy at 1:00 p.m. on the 25th. McCullough had to take a defeat the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their matchup back in September of 2024 41-6.
