Baseball Recap: Parkway South Extends Home Winning Streak to Eight

Parkway South won the last time they faced Windsor and things went their way on Monday too. Parkway South blew past Windsor 12-1. Fans of the Patriots have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 6+ runs.

Wyatt Simmons looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits.

At the plate, Jamison Lombardo was excellent, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Andy Hertlein, who scored two runs while going 1-for-2.

Parkway South was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .423. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .423 or higher every time they've taken the field this season.
