The Dalhart Wolves will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against the Reagan County Owls at 4:00 p.m. on December 28th. Hopefully Dalhart is not getting complacent, as they presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Reagan County in Texas (Dalhart is ranked 353rd, while Reagan County is ranked 865th).
Last Friday, Dalhart was the victim of a rough 55-32 loss at the hands of Whitharral. That's two games in a row now that Dalhart has lost by exactly 23 points.
Meanwhile, Reagan County's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. They fell 43-30 to Sonora.
Dalhart has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season. As for Reagan County, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-7.
