Riley Duncan and Brendon Purcell scored both of Space Coast's goals, bringing their combined season tally to three goals.

Space Coast's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Astronaut, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-1-1.

Space Coast didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-2 defeat against Satellite on the 10th. Astronaut has also already played their next matchup (against Melbourne Central Catholic), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
