Basketball Recap: Harper Creek Takes a Loss

Harper Creek lost against Vicksburg back in February of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Harper Creek Beavers came up short against the Vicksburg Bulldogs, falling 50-25. While losing is never fun, the Beavers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 369th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 31st).

Harper Creek has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Vicksburg, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 11-0.

Harper Creek didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 60-42 loss against Marshall on the 24th. As for Vicksburg, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 39-26 win against Otsego on the 24th.
