Riverside Christian Academy took care of business in their home opener on Tuesday. They took down the Boyd Christian Broncos 71-55. That's more bragging rights for Riverside Christian Academy, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Several Broncos players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Weston Wright, who posted six points and six boards. Jace Matheney was another key player, putting up ten points along with six rebounds and four steals.

Coming up, Riverside Christian Academy will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against Zion Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Boyd Christian, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Lancaster Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup will give the Broncos their first taste of in-conference action this season.
