After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Keswick Christian, Oasis Christian was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 13-3 margin over the Gulf Coast H HEAT. The result was nothing new for the Lions, who have now won six games by ten runs or more so far this season.

Oasis Christian got a massive performance out of Michael Gonzalez, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 3-for-3. Those three hits gave Gonzalez a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Troy Skinner, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Oasis Christian was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .379. They are 2-1 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Oasis Christian is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-9 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.0 runs over those games. As for Gulf Coast H, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-11.
