Volleyball Recap: Monument Mountain Find Success + How To Watch

Monument Mountain took a three-set loss the last time they faced off against Lenox Memorial, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Spartans won by a set and slipped past the Millionaires 2-1.

When it comes to explaining why Lenox Memorial lost on Thursday, don't look at Emily Barenski. Despite the final result, she had 19 digs and four aces. Barenski has been hot recently, having posted 17 or more digs the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Sara Isby, who had eight aces.

Monument Mountain pushed their record up to 12-6 with the win, which was their third straight at home. As for Lenox Memorial, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Monument Mountain will host Pittsfield at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lenox Memorial, they will welcome Easthampton/Hampshire at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
