Soccer Game Preview: Pulaski vs. New Richmond

The Pulaski Red Raiders will venture away from home to square off against the New Richmond Tigers at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Pulaski's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so New Richmond's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Pulaski is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Bay Port just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 2-0 to the Pirates. Having soared to a lofty five goals in the game before, Pulaski's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Meanwhile, New Richmond's game on Friday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of D.C. Everest by a score of 3-2. Like Pulaski, New Richmond also had to let a streak go: they had won three straight, but that streak is no more.

New Richmond's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Pulaski, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-2.
