Basketball Recap: Trinity Lutheran Comes Up Short

On Saturday, the Trinity Lutheran Saints came up short against the Dayton Pirates and fell 78-65.

Trinity Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Dayton, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a massive bump to their 7-4 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trinity Lutheran will take on Stanfield in a tournament on Thursday. As for Dayton, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Santiam Christian at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
