Soccer Recap: Christian County Takes a Loss

Christian County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 8-0 to the University Heights Blazers. While losing is never fun, Christian County can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky soccer rankings (they are ranked 181st, while University Heights are ranked 47th).

Christian County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for University Heights, their win bumped their record up to 6-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Christian County will square off against Madisonville-North Hopkins at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for University Heights, they will challenge Heritage Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
