Allegan is 5-0 against Coloma since December of 2014 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Allegan Tigers will be playing at home against the Coloma Comets at 6:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Last Tuesday, Allegan took a blow against Hackett Catholic Prep, falling 59-32. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 373rd, while the Fighting Irish are ranked 88th).

Meanwhile, Coloma was beaten by Parchment 56-24 on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Comets in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now lost three in a row.

Coloma's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Allegan, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-5.

Everything came up roses for Allegan against Coloma in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, as the squad secured a 40-13 victory. Will Allegan repeat their success, or does Coloma have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
