Basketball Recap: Chase Plotkin and Chace Redler Secure Win for Millburn

Millburn won the last time they faced Cranford and things went their way on Saturday too. The Millburn Millers came out on top against the Cranford Cougars by a score of 71-59.

Leading Millburn to victory were Chace Redler and Chase Plotkin. Redler went 8 for 16 on his way to 27 points along with eight rebounds and four steals, while Plotkin went 10 of 15 en route to 27 points. The match was Redler's 12th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Jared Barishaw, who posted nine points and five boards.

Millburn is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.4 points per game. As for Cranford, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-6.
