Football Game Preview: Timberland T-Wolves vs. Fort Zumwalt East Lions + Official Tickets

The Timberland T-Wolves will be playing in front of their home fans against the Fort Zumwalt East Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Timberland is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

On Friday, Timberland had to suffer through a 49-14 loss at the hands of Fort Zumwalt North. While losing is never fun, the T-Wolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri football rankings (they are ranked 148th, while the Panthers are ranked 25th).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Fort Zumwalt East). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Howell North 47-0. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Knights recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 3-6. As for Timberland, their record now sits at an identical 3-6.

Everything came up roses for Timberland against Fort Zumwalt East in their previous matchup back in September of 2019, as the team secured a 56-14 victory. Do the T-Wolves have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Lions turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
