Volleyball Recap: Christian Academy of Greater St. Louis Comes Up Short

If Christian Academy of Greater St. Louis was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Thomas Jefferson School on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Crusaders lost 3-0 to the Eagle Ridge Christian Eagles on Tuesday. The Crusaders were not able to make up for their defeat to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-18, 25-12.

Christian Academy of Greater St. Louis' loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Eagle Ridge Christian, their win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Christian Academy of Greater St. Louis will square off against rival Providence Classical Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Eagle Ridge Christian is set to face off against their familiar foe Heritage Classical Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
