Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Londyn Clark and Sloane Simovitch Lead Benjamin to Victory

Benjamin won the last time they faced Park Vista and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Buccaneers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Cobras. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Buccaneers.

Benjamin never let Park Vista on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-16, 25-20.

Benjamin was led to victory by Sloane Simovitch and Londyn Clark. Simovitch had 11 digs, while Clark had nine digs and four assists. Those 11 digs gave Simovitch a new career-high.

Benjamin was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces every time they've taken the court this season.

Benjamin's win bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Park Vista, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Benjamin will head out to challenge Saint Andrew's at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Park Vista, they will venture away from home to square off against Tournament Team at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
