Simsboro waltzed into their game on Wednesday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They blew past the Choudrant Aggies 11-1. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Aggies back in February, they had to take a 5-2 loss.

Noah Thomas spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on three hits and racked up ten Ks.

At the plate, Chris Harrell was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three runs, three RBI, and one triple. He has been hot recently, having posted three or more RBI the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Braylon Gipson, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.

Simsboro's victory bumped their record up to 11-3-1. As for Choudrant, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Simsboro will host Rayville at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Choudrant, they will be playing at home against Hamburg at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday.
