Jefferson took a four-goal defeat the last time they faced off against Apple Valley, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Jaguars skirted past the Eagles 5-4. That's two games straight that Jefferson have won by just one goal.

Jefferson has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-2-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those four matchups. As for Apple Valley, they moved to 4-3-1 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
