Basketball Game Preview: Chester Charter Scholars Academy Sabers vs. Church Farm Griffens

Josiah Hutson was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 25 points and 11 steals. His evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Zion Robinson, who went 8 for 12 en route to 19 points along with five assists and four steals.

Chester Charter Scholars Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in 12 consecutive contests.

Meanwhile, Church Farm was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 53-40 to Morrisville.

Chester Charter Scholars Academy is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record this season. As for Church Farm, their loss dropped their record down to 10-8.

Chester Charter Scholars Academy came up short against Church Farm in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, falling 45-40. Can Chester Charter Scholars Academy avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
