Franklinton won the last time they faced Roanoke Rapids and things went their way on Monday too. The Franklinton Red Rams walked away with a 49-39 victory over the Roanoke Rapids Yellowjackets. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Red Rams.

Franklinton's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Rihanna Hunt, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and nine boards. The win got Franklinton back to even at 8-8. As for Roanoke Rapids, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-10.
