Freedom Prep Academy had lost six games at home dating back to last season, but after bumping their record up to 3-7 on Monday that streak is in the rearview. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Mount Vernon Patriots 66-34. The Eagles' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

As for Mount Vernon, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. They have struggled against Freedom Prep Academy recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Mount Vernon's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Noah Adams, who posted 15 points in addition to five boards and four blocks, and Mustafa Jalili, who put up 14 points and eight rebounds.
