Kossuth waltzed into their game on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Ripley Tigers a 9-0 shutout. With that victory, the Aggies brought their scoring average up to 6.5 runs per game.
Chloe Clement made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out nine over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two RBI.
