Baseball Game Preview: Harlandale Indians vs. South San Antonio Bobcats

The Harlandale Indians will head out on the road to challenge the South San Antonio Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The last five games Harlandale has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Last Friday, Harlandale didn't have quite enough to beat Southside and fell 8-7.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, South San Antonio's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell just short of MacArthur by a score of 3-2.

South San Antonio got a good showing from Felix Ramirez, who pitched four innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off three hits.

At the plate, South San Antonio saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Matthew Reyna, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

South San Antonio suffered their first road defeat, dropping their record down to 12-5-1. As for Harlandale, they dropped their record down to 3-13 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.
