Baseball Recap: Heritage Hall Makes It Ten in a Row at Home

Heritage Hall came tearing into Thursday's match with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.8 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 4-1 victory over the Victory Christian Conquerors.

Ben Thomas tossed a big game, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up a single earned run in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, TJ Williams was excellent, scoring a run while going 1-for-3. He also put up a double, which was his first of the season.

Heritage Hall hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Victory Christian struck out 13 times.

Heritage Hall pushed their record up to 6-1 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.4 runs on average over those games. As for Victory Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.
