Basketball Recap: Everton Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Everton challenged Early on Monday. The Everton Tigers were dealt a 76-38 defeat at the hands of the Early Panthers. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Everton's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Early, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-5.

Everton has already played their next game, a 76-38 defeat against Varsity Opponent on the 23rd. As for Early, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Jasper at 7:00 p.m. on January 9, 2025.
