Basketball Recap: Yamhill-Carlton Takes a Loss

Yamhill-Carlton lost against Banks back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The matchup between the Yamhill-Carlton Tigers and the Banks Braves didn't end well, with the Yamhill-Carlton Tigers falling 46-31. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 206th, while the Braves are ranked 83rd).

Yamhill-Carlton's loss dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Banks, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-5.

Yamhill-Carlton will take on Rainier at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Banks, they will head out on the road to challenge Neah-Kah-Nie at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
